All orders are shipped best rate unless otherwise specified. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
We are confident that products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If in the event you come across a product with a manufacturers defect we will gladly replace the item.
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 days from receipt. Contact us regarding a replacement. Replacements are given for defective merchandise only! We do not issue refunds.
All returns require a return authorization number. Items returned without an RMA (return authorization number) will not be processed.
Refused/Returned Order will not be accepted.
